A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCBO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC INPROVEM~TS
FOR TRACT NO. 12523 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMFLETI08 FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12523 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
N(~, TREREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1986.
