A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFOIQilA, APPROVING THE ISSUANCE BY THE RANCHO
CUCAMONGA REDEVELOPM~NT AGBNCY OF ITS RANCBO REDEVELOPMEaT
PROJECT TAX ALLOCATION BONDS, 1986 SERIES A
WHEREAS. the Rancho Cucamonga Communit7 Redevelopment Agency (the
"Agency"") is a duly constituted public body, corporate and politic, established
pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California (the
"Law"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Law, the Agency has duly authorized the
issuance of $32,345,000 principal amount of its Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment
Agency Rancho Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Bonds, 1986 Series A; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Law, the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga has reviewed said financing as proposed and wishes to declare its
approval thereof in accordance with Section 33640 of the Health and Safer7 Code
of the State of California.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, as follows:
The issuance by the Rancbo Cucamonga Redevelopment
Agency of $32,345,000 principal amount of its Rancho
Redevelopmeat Project Tax Allocation Bonds, 1986
Series A, is hereby approved.
2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the
date of its passage and adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1986.
