CUCAMONGA, CALIFOPalA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY EI~GINEER OR
OTHER RESP0tlSIBLE OFFICIAL ASSIGNED BY THE CITY EliGINgER TO
APPROVE AND EXECUTE RIGHT-OF-HAY CERTIFICATI08S
WHEREAS, from time to time certain Capital Improvement Projects for
this City are funded in wbole or part by federal monies, and in order to obtain
such monies, one of the reluiremeats is to submit a right-of-way certification;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Engineering Department and
recommended to the City Council that delegating the authority to approve and
execute right-of-way certifications would simplify the processing of such
documents and concomitantly reduce costs in connection therewith.
N0~, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancbo Cucamonga, California, the City Engineer or other responsible official
aasigned by the City Engineer is hereby authorized to approve and execute
right-of-way certifications relating to Capital Improvement Projects for this
City which are funded in whole or part by federal monies.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1986.
