A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION FROM FRED AND JANE KONING
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WREREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to
establish requirements for construction of frontnEe improvements in conjunction
with the Hermosa Avenue, Hamilton Avenue and Hermosa Park Improvement Project;
and
WHEREAS, installation of curbs gutter, drive approach, sidewalk and
street pavements located at 6727 Hermosa Avenue to be made part of said
project; and
WHEREAS, Fred and Jane KoninE have agreed to participnte in signature
of dedication on a parcel map in favor of the City for street riEht-of-way
alonE Hamilton Street and 19th Street as reimbursement to the City for said
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Hancho Cucamon~a, California does accept said Improvement AEreement, authorizes
the Mayor and the City Clerk to siEn same, nnd directs the City Clerk to record
same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVEDs and ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1986.
