A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING AN ACREEMBNT FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVBMB3T AND DEDICATION FROM FELIZ AND VICTORIA QUESADA
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SICN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamon~a to
establish requirements for construction of frontaEe improvements in conjunction
with the Rermosa Avenue, Hamilton Avenue and Bermosa Park Improvement Project.
WBEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, drive approaches, sidewalks,
street pavements and retaining walls located at 6858 Hermosa Avenue, to be made
part of said project.
WBEREAS, Feliz and Victoria Quesada have dedicated right-of-way as
reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
N0~, THUgORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancbo Cucamonga, California, does accept said Improvement Agreement authorize
the Nayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record
same in the Office of tbe County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVBI), and ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1986.
