A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
TRACTS 15727-1 AND 15727-2 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tracts 15727-1 and
15727-2, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is herebyaccepted and the City
Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2001.
