A RESOLUTIClq OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMO~GA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REIMBURSEMENT AGREENRNT
FROM LIGHI~ER DEVELOPMENT AND CONTRACTING FOR TRACT NO.
12523
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration a Reimbursement Agreement executed by
Lightnet Development and Contracting, as Developer, for the installation of
storm drain facilities to be constructed for proper drainage of Developer's
development described as Tract 12523 generally located on the north side of
Lemon Avenue east of Archibald Avenue.
WHEREAS, the Developer, at Developer's own expense, will install the
planned drainage facilities to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancbo Cucamonga, California, that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same
are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
Reimbursement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City
Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6tb day of August, 1986.
