A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONCA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR BASE LINE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS BETHKEN TEAR WAY AND HAVEN
AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF CONFLETION
FOR THE WORE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Baseline Road
Improvements between Teak Way and Haven Avenue have been completed to the
satisfaction of the City SnEineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
N(Yd, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardins County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1986.
