A RESOLUTI08 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMOSGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVlNG IMPROVgMENT AGR~.EM~T AND
IMFROVEMRNT SECURITY FOR D~VELOPM~t~T REVIBN NO. 85-41)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho CucamonSa,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on July
16, 1986, by James Banks as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located at 10788 Civic Center Drive; and
HBEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunc=ion wi=b the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Revie~ No. 85-40; and
HBEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOH, TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, Cslifornla, tbst said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign ssid Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to a=test thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6tb day of August, 1986.
