A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVlNG A PIPELINE LICENSE BET~EI~
THE CITY AND THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANy
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A STORM DRAIN PIPE BENEATR THE
RAILROAD TRACKS
WHEREAS, a storm drain pipe is required to be installed beneath the
Southern Pacific Transportation Company tracks for project Tract 12530; and
WREREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration a Pipeline License be~een the Southern
Pacific Transportation Company and the City for the right to install the storm
drain pipe at the above location.
N(N, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Rancbo Cucamonga, California, that said Pipeline License be and the same is
hereby approved by the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign same
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16tb day of July, 198~.
