AGREENENT AND IMPROVEMEIiT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 8116
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement
executed on June 26 tb 1986, by Oilbert B. Rodriffuez as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on south side of Ninth Street, between
Comet and Boven; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction witb the development of said Parcel Map 8116; and
W HEREAS, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tbe City Council of the City of
Rancbo Cucamcnffa, California, tbat said Improvement Extension Agreement and
said Improvement SecuritV be and the same are hereby approved and tbe Mayor is
hereby autborized to sign said Improvement Extension Agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancbo Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16tb day of July, 198~.
