A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR 77/40 EAST AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on June
30, 1986, by Wayland Gillespie as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described ~herein, and
generally located at 7740 East Avenue; and
W HEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the ~q~e are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED tbis 16th day of July, 1986.
