A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ILa. NCHO
CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT
AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM IGLESIA DEL NAZARENO AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WREREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancbo Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1 97 9, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS, undergrounding of utilities is established as prerequisite
to issuance of building permit for 9900 Arrov Route has been met by entry into
a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Iglesia Del
Nazareno.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Proper~y Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16tb day of July, 1986.
