A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACTS NOS. 12801-1 AND 11797 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tracts Nos.
12801-1 and 11797 have been completed to the satisfaction of the City EnEineer;
and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifyinE
the work complete.
NOW, TREREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to siEn and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1986.
