A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT ACRE~XENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR CUP 84-28
HREREAS, the City Council of the City of Kancho Cucamongs,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on June
17, 1986, by Dale auapbrey Trucking Incorporated as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located at 8605 Pecan Avenue; and
HHZRFaS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, CUP 84-28; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement ASreement.
N(N, THEREFORE, Bg IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamoags, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are bereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby autborised to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of abe City of
Rancho Cucamoaga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1986.
