A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONCA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVENEST EXTESSION
AGREEMEST AND IMPROVENEST SECURITY FOR TRACT 12532
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement
executed on June 13, 1986, by Pacer Development Incorporated as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located south of Victoria,
betveen Archibald and Ramona Avenues; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Tract 12532; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
N~, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVZD by the City Council of the City of
Rsncho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Extension Agreement and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and tbe Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Extension Agreement oa behslf of the
City of Rancho Cucamoaga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1986.
