A RESOLUTIOt~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANGleGA, CALIFORIelA, ADOPTING THE CITY'S BUDGET (INCLUDING
REVENUE SHARING, GAS TAX, AND OTHER SPECIAL PURPOSE FUNDS,
AND ADDITIOBAL APPROPRIATIOBS) FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986-87
WHEREAS, the Rancbo Cucamonga City Council held a workshop to review
~he appropriation requests for the fiscal year 1986-87; and
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga City Council held a public hearing on
the General City Budget and the Revenue Sharing Budget; and
WHEREAS, this public hearing was published in s newspaper of Senoral
circulation and held on June 18, 1986.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of ~be City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, in regular session assembled this 18~h day of
June, 1986, as follows:
SECTIGtq 1: Adoption of Bu42et. The City of Rancho Cucamonga Budget
for the fiscal year 1986-87, on file in the office of ~be Administrative
Services Director, is hereby adopted in the amount of $33,926,055. This budget
total includes appropriations under the Federal Revenue Sharing Program and
monies for other specinl purpose funds.
SECTICeS 2: Transfers of Funds BaNann and/or with Aonroprlations.
The City Council of the City of Rancbo Cucamonga may transfer funds be~een
funds or activities set forth in the budSet. The City Manager may transfer
funds between appropriations within an appropriation as set forth in the budget
and may transfer appropriations between activities within any fund.
SECTIGtq 3: Transfers of Funds getsseen Funds. Transfers of funds
between funds as shown on the Fund Analysis shall be made as expendicures
warrant such transfers.
SECTIOn 4: Disbursements. The City Manager and the Administrative
Services Director, or his duly designated representative, are hereby empowered
and authorfeed to disburse funds pursuant to appropriations provided for in the
1986-87 bud2et and have Ebe responsibiliEy to establish procedures and Co
administratively implement and control budget on all matters, except direct
expenditures by Council aembers which require Council approval.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1986.
