A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCNO
CUCANOtqCA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVIBG INPROVENEIqT A~REEMEIqT AND
IHPROVEN~T SECURITY FOR CUP 85-37
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancbo Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on Nay
20, 1986, by Brunswick Corporation as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the west side of Raven Avenues north of Foothill
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
IsProvesent Agreesent and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, CUP 85-37; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, Bg IT RES(EVED by the City Council of the City of
Kancbo Cucamonga, California, that said Improvesent Agreesent and said
Isprovesent Security be and the sane are hereby approved and the Nayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Isprove-ent Agreeseat on behalf of the City of
Rancbo Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1986.
