A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCH0
CUCAMOtqGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE RESIDENTIAL STREET REHABILITATI08 PROJECT -PBASE I
AND AUTHORIZINC THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMFLETI(Xq FOR
THE WO~K
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for The Residential
Street Rehabilitation Project - Phase I have been completed to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifyinK
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSE, APPROVE, and ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1986.
