A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN CliO
CUCAM(IqCA, CALIFORNIA, ACCKPTINC TliE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR D.R. 83-08 AND AUTHORIZING TliE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WOI~
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for D.R. 83-08 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifyinS
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion vith
the County Recorder of San Bernardinn County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1986.
