A RESOLUTION OF THE CItY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL NAP NUNBER 9687,
(TIJTATIVE PARCEL NAP NO. 9687) , A REAL PROPERTY
IHPROVEN~IqT CONTRACT AND LEI, N AGREENENT AND INPROVENENT
AGREEN!~T, AND IMPROVEMRNT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Nap No. ~687 submitted by Turner and Jones
Development, and consisting of 3 parcels, located on the northeast corner o£
Santa Artira Avenue and Fourth Street, being a division of a subdivision of
Parcels 9 and 10 of Parcel Nap No. 4749, as per plat recorded in Book 47 of
Parcel Naps, Pages 28 and 29, records of San Bernardinn County, California was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of l~ncho Cucamonga on January
22, 1986; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9687 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by
entry into an I~provement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security and the Real Propert~y Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by
Turner and Jones as developer.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucasonga, California, that said Real Proper~y Improvement Contract and-
Lien Agreement, Improvement Agree,ant and said Improvement Securit~ submitted
by said developer be and the sama are hereby approved and the ~ayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement and Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucaeonga, and the
City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Nap No. 9687 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 198~.
