A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RABCHO
CUCAHaiGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREENENT WITH RICHI~OOD
DEVELOPN~IeT FOR POSTPO!~EN~teT OF APPROVAL OF CC & R'.~ FOR
TRACT NO. 13022
WHEREAS, the Tentative Hap of Tract No. 13022, consisting of 280
lots, submitted by The William Lyon Company, Subdivider, located west of
Nilliken and south of Victoria Park Lane, was conditionally approved Co prepare
Covenants, Conditions and Resolutions (CC & R's) in compliance with sCandards
established by the City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements as a prerequisite Co approval of
building permits for the proposed development, said subdivider has entered
an agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit-y Council of the City of
Kaocbo Cucamonga, California as follows:
That said agreement be sad the same is spproved sad
~he Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of
said City and ~he City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto and cause sase to be recorded upon said
execution.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 198~.
