A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAleCHO
CUCANO~GA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING INPROVENEBT AGREENEBT,
IMPROVEN[NT SECURITY, AND FINAL NAP OF TRACT NO. 13052
WHEREAS, the Tentative Nap of Tract No. 13052, consisting of 222
lots, submitted by The William Lyon Company, Subdivider, located on Base Line,
west of Etiwanda Avenue, has been submitted to the City of Rmncho Cucamonga by
said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in the Subdivision Hap
Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the requirements of
Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WaERFAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Nap of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted hereeitb for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Securit~y, and submits for
approval said Final Nap offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon·
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucasonga, California, as follows:
That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Nsyor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
