A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM FREDRICK WADE
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREj%S, abe City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building perm:
issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk and paveme
established as prerequisite to issuance of building permit for 12999 Summ
Avenue (APN 225-181-64) has been met by entry into a Real Property Improveme
Contract and Lien Agreement by Fredrick Wade.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the CLty
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improveme~
Contrac= and Lien A~reement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sig
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the Count
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVE"D, and ADOPTED tbis 4th day of May, 1986.
