A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVlNG IMPROVEMENT EXTENSION
-a/;REEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACTS 11781 AND
11625
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci~ of Rancho Cucamooga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement
executed on Nay 12, 1986, by Roy E. Daly and Company as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the northwest corner of 19th Street
and Hermosa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject Co the terms thereof, is to be done ia
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 11781 and 11625; and
WHERe, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement,
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Extension Agreement and
said Imprwement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Extension Agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1986.
