A RESOLUTION OF THE CII'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMHI~T EXTRI{SION
~I;REEMENT AND IMPROVEMBIiT SECURITY FOR TRACT 12772-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension A~reemen~
executed on May 8, 1986, by M & S Residential Development, Incorporated as
developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real
properU specifically described therein, and generally loca:ed on Palo Alto,
between Turner and Teak Way; and
WHEREAS, the ins=allation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms :hereof, is to be done in
conjunction wi~h the developmen~ of said Tract 12772-i; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit7 Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, thaC said Improvement Extension Agreement and
said Imprc~vemenC Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Impruvement Extension Agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
