A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT EXTENSION
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 9619
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement
executed on May 1, 1986, by California Communities Incorporated as developer,
for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described tberein, and generally located on tbe northwest corner
of Carnelian and Jasper Streets; and
WHERF. JsS, tbe installation of sucb improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction witb the development of said Tract 9~19; and
WHEREAS, said Improvemen~ Extension ASreement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement SacuritV, wbich is identified in
said Improvement Extension A~reement.
NOW, THERv-FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, ~hat said Improvement Extension Agreement and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby au=horized to sign said Improvemen= Extension Agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest there~o.
