A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPRO~ING STREET FRONTAGE
IMPROVEMi~T AND DEDICATION ~]REEMMNT BETWEIM RA/JL AND
GLORIA ROSALES AI~D THE CITY OF RAI~CHO CUCAMONGA
WREREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho CucamonEa,
California, has for its consideration an Agreement executed by Ran1 and Gloria
Rosalee, husband and wife, (hereinafter referred to as O~ner), for the
installation of frontage improvements located along a portion of Archibald
Avenue st 174 feet more or lees south of Candlewood Street on the West side of
Archibald Avenue.
WHEREAS, the owner desires that tbe City construct said frontage
improvements in conjunction with the City's project for the improvement of
Archibald Avenue from Foothill Boulevard to Base Line Road; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has executed an easement for roadway and related
purposes over said frontaSe to he improved; and
W EEREAS, the City is agreeable to have such improvements constructed
as pars of the above noted City project.
N(A~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESDLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho CucamouSa, California, that said A~reement be hereby approved and
authorize the Mayor to execute the same, and direct the City Clerk to record
same in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardinn County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 198~.
